Birmingham Churches and Their Cornerstones 108
Pike Avenue Church of God was a congregation of the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennesee) which erected its new Gothic revival building at 2617 Pike Road in Ensley, just off Bush Boulevard. Its dedication was featured on the front page of the June 30, 1951 Church of God Evangel.

While the Pike Avenue Congregation no longer exists, the building is still owned by the Church of God.
